How can I get rid of hunger pains without eating?

Drink chocolate milk. I do this sometimes at night when I'm hungry. might I add Anorexia is dangerous and life threatening. Food is always the best choice. :)

try to do imagining good things.or watch a lot of videos of youtube...thats the thing i do.or you can just go sleep.&if you cant sleep try imagining good things as i told you.then you'll be sleeping in no time!:D

Ignore it. That's what I do. It'll eventually go away. Or exercise. Also what I do. Try jogging three miles.

You need to eat!!!!!! Once I didn't eat for 7days and wound up going to the emergency room

Actual you can only go two weeks without food.

A month, and 3 days without water. A day without either.

I've seen miracles where people have survived a month but they must have eaten something, even tiny things. Berries, fish, ect. Most people wouldn't survive that long

Lol, you must be a real lightweight when it comes to starving then. I'm anorexic (I don't endorse it, its just the truth), and I go several weeks between eating. Longest I've ever gone was 5 weeks and 4 days, with exercise every day. Course I was 67 pounds after that and was in the eating disorder clinic ICU for over a month... But people can go WAY longer than a week without food.

Sure, learn to refocus on something else...also look to see what you're trying to satisfy by focusing on food...deal with the real issue and the craving will vanish.

It also gets worse if you're active since your body needs calories to convert into energy.

You're not wrong, chica. When I was doing triathlon I ate enough for three people -- and still never put on weight.

Now that I eat like a triathlete and train like a chess player, I look like a baby whale.

Hunger is also a sign of dehydration. Try drinking fluids. It might help. Good luck.

Water of course..... Eating habits are much like all other habits. If u can just get over those first few moments you're good. Try chewing gun or eating some sugar free hard candies to help get u past those first moments. I know it's no fix but it will help take your mind off of it temporarily. Good luck.

Get a squirt water bottle, and squirt it at the back of your throat. When just water it makes you feel fuller, and you need to eat after a month, less that that, you will crave food, but can survive without it.

I can totally relate to what you are saying and feeling, when i was at high school i absloutely hated maths i loathed the subject and to make matters worse i was totally crap at it and if that wasnt bad enough the maths teacher 'mrs Hugill' was a total dragon- i remember feeling sick in the pit of my stomach and just feeling totally nervous if i had maths on that particular day i couldnt have been happier once i had left school
