I feel old being on this app. Can this be productive for the older generation?

personally think there needs to be a under 40 and an over 40 "ASK". I don't want to sound hateful but I get tired of all the homework and boyfriend/girlfriend questions. I have gone into my settings and took off what I would not to see but they keep showing up. I would enjoy going under browse all and read adult questions.
Am I bad for feeling this way?

I agree 100%. I have my own kids to deal with. I thought this would be a helpful tool, but it seems more as a social tool. I was going to delete the app until I learned others feel the way I do. It's been pretty cool interacting with others. Thanks for your response.

It certainly can be productive. If you have a question you need answered, ask it. If you have an answer, give it. These kids need all the help they can get ;-)

And elders need to give advice. What is the use of surviving all these years of life and experience if we can't share it with anyone? There is always the chance that someone might actually hear what is said and use it to make their own life easier by not having to learn the lesson firsthand and experience the pain themselves. That is our goal. :-)

I am older than most, and I'm with TexasDogMom. These kids do need the help. I understand there are some silly, useless questions, but as with anything, you have to take the bad with the good.
