I fell on some rocks. Impact to my hip/buttock. Over a week, the bruise has spread & gone pale in the middle & a lump. Is this a hematoma?

This is a hematoma. This is an indication that the blood vessels were affected and that blood has to spread under the skin layer. The lamp in the middle indicates an injury due to the impact. You can treat this with ice compression but it is also important to visit a doctor.
