Why wont my computer charger, well charge...?

Okay so my computer is dead (I'm on my sisters right now.) and my charger wont just simply charge! I've tried turning, twist, even manipulating it! But it STILL wont charge! Is it the charger? Or the battery it self? Please help!

It could be that the charger is worn out and that is why it is not charging your computer. I would advise you to connect the charger to your sister's computer and see whether it will charge. If it charges it, then the battery is the problem and it should be replaced.
