How do i remove a violation from my driving record

i havent had a ticket in 3 yrs. recently my license was suspended for 60 day for a second serious violation that occurred in 2008. all fines were paid at the time of the violation.i have a commercial drivers license and with the recent suspension showing on my record, i can not obtain any employment as a driver even though my record shows no violations in the past 3 years. how can i have this removed from my record?
