When did the first astronauts land on the moon and who are they.

Report as

The first astronauts who landed in the moon were Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin; however, it was Armstrong who touched down fast. Together with these two was Michael Collins, although he did not land on its surface but he circumnavigated on its orbit. They used a spacecraft, which was called Apollo 11 and this was on July 20, 1969.
