There is no healthy way to lose a lot of fat in just a week. Make sure that you are eating healthy, drinking a lot of fluids and exercise. Healthy weight loss is usually about one to two pounds a week.

Try eating only meat and begins, not the starchy ones. Do not keep thiis up without a Doctors approval.
