Tuna Noodle Casserole: 1-2 cans tuna, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, sm. can of sweet peas, 1/2 cup mild, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 pkg. cooked noodles. Mix all together and put in a oven proof-dish. Cover top with crushed potato chips and bake in a preheated (350 degrees) oven until bubbly. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and then serve. A tossed salad and garlic bread make a nice rounded meal.
A tuna melt is good. Mix some mayonnaise and green onion in the tuna and put the tuna on a piece of bread, top with some grated cheese ( cheddar is good ) and toast it open face in the oven or toaster oven until the cheese is melted and the bread is lightly toasted.
