based on your experience; Jenny Craig or weight watchers?

i have tried both and i prefer lite'n'easy (dont know if this is outside of Australia tho) they are really good, communicate with you more, are active in your weight loss and dont leave it all up to you. i lost about 20 kgs (put it all back on during pregnancy tho) but ill be going back on it once i pop.

Weight watchers. It's less expensive and they teach you how to eat properly with real food they don't send you their food.
