What is the best diet plan to lose 5 pounds a week?

I'm 5'6 and weight 168 lbs. I want to be 135 lbs.

5lbs a week is not healthy unless you are more than 100 pounds over weight. 2lbs a week would be healthy and within reach for the person looking to shed 10-20 all together. You need to make sure diet is not all you do if you want to go over 2lbs a week and still be healthy. If you eat meat, eat it lean and don't add sauces. Make sure and consume fiber and fruits but stay away from apples and oranges while you are dropping the weight. You can add them back later but they have more natural sugar than berries. Berries would be a good choice and lots of legumes if you don't eat meat so you get plenty of protein. Use less butter, take a break on condiments for a little while, from mayo, mustard and ketchup to salad dressing other than oil and lime or lemon. Make sure aside from eating light, you do work out and if you don't, make sure and get in a walk after every meal you eat. Walking alone will help your body use and process the food better and keep things moving if you know what I mean. On that note, avoid foods that bind you. And don't forget to get proper sleep. If your body does not restore, it will hold weight and not lose it.

Fruits water is very good works for me + one light meal per day no meat vegetables included + exercise. No crab! I don't know about that

5 pounds a week is unhealthy... maybe if you do it once. I lost 5 pounds in a week once, but then I started to lose less and less a week, and now if I'm lucky I lost half a pound a week. It's seriously unhealthy to do lose more than 1 or 2 pounds a week

NO BAD CARBS OR SUGAR... high protein, low carbs (veggies) small portions eat all day long lots of water. AND ZUMBA lol

I'm 170 pounds, so close! Honestly, 5 pounds is a ridiculous amount of weight per week. It depends on two things, though: Your age, and how fast your metabolism is. I'm able to lose 3 pounds a week.

Why don't you check in on this diet right here "Sacred Heart Diet" on google with the seven day tells you what to eat and how to make the soup, it will help you lose 17 to 20 pounds in the first week if you follow it correctly and if you do decide to do it stay off of it for two days when you do it on one week...
