REGULAR!!!! diet has a substitute for its sugar and research shows thats WAAAAAY worse than sugar. but how about some fruit juice or better, water. its also better to not drink soda in small sips, gulp it down if you can.
It would be better to drink diet but diet doe not mean it is healthier if you are diabetic you should just not drink pop at all my mom is diabetic and my doctor told her she need to cut pop out of her diet completely.
I think it would depend a little on what type you are & how well you manage your diabetes. How long have you been diagnosed with having diabetes? I know several people that are diabetic, everyone is different. I'm Not saying to drink a few everyday but one a week or two shouldn't hurt. IF you manage your readings!
umm idk bout regular cuz im not a diabetic, i wouldnt understand. but what i do no is tht diet is rlly bad 4 u. studies hav shown tht it makes u gain. a lot!! trust me!! & im not entirlely sure but i think i may hav heard tht it could cause cancer.......
I'd drink juice.. But if you are stuck on wanting to drink soda, regular soda is better than diet, due to the substitute flavors and substances they put in for the actual sugar. Try Ginger Ale, or Sprite..
