Jupiter has 2 times more moons than Neptune, and 8 times more moons than Mars. Jupiter has 16 moons. How many moons do Neptune and Mars have?

This is one of those silly questions that is no more than an arithmetic puzzle. It has no connection with reality. At last count, Jupiter had 66 moons, Neptune is now up to 13 moons and Mars is most probably two. I say that, because you have to be sure these days what is a satellite and what is a moon. There is so much rubbish orbiting these outer planets it is getting more difficult to be sure. Every time we launch a new probe or telescope, the numbers change. To my amazement Pluto now is known to have THREE moons - once it used to be just one. That shattering news didn't spoil my day, however....
