Honestly, during the summer two years ago, I was depressed an couldn't eat at all, I Just wasnt hungry an when I tried to force myself to eat I just felt discussted with food. I felt this way for about a month an lost 25 lbs, I Just got skinny n I didn't feel unhealthy or n e thing, but i got myself out of the depression n I started eating again ;)
just eat more fruits & veggies, yogurt, seafood, water, juice, healthy things like that, vitamins, exercise, smaller portions of food 5 - 6 times per day, but do NOT starve yourself, that would break your body down and would land you up in the hospital. Read up on it!!!
