Deleting apps that are not installed on the iphone?

I have a lots of apps that are in my "NOT ON THIS PHONE" tab. I would like to clear from the list.

You can't clear it, it's your history of purchases and never goes away

Is there a way to tell which apps are the one you paid for?

If you have them on your list and you want to get them even though they're paid you should be able to download it again, and If that's not the case you just want to see how much it's costs then a long way would be to pick an app and search for it on the AppStore to see how much it costs
