How to get rid if being scared? **READ DETAILS**
Lately I've been watching a ton of PewDiePie and horror videos...right before I start feeling sleepy. I usually have a feeling the grudge or something scary would happen if I looked down to my door or if I blinked. ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. I start thinking someone's going to kill me in the mirror or something, or if I look behind myself and look forward, something creepy would be in front of me. Another frightening thing happened-a clock fell and shattered glass all over the bathroom as I was brushing my teeth. I always tell myself it's not real, but...it doesn't help. I usually wake up tired in the morning because I stayed up late, singing or dancing to calm myself. Any help? Thanks!
