I believe that confidence is #1 and, as such, everyone should look how they would feel most confident. If their confidence means being chubby, then whatever! If confidence means having abs, then okay! Confidence is hot.

Hot if not excessive - overly athletic females lose a bit of their feminine appeal and start to look androgynous.
