What else is there to do? (Pokemon lovers ONLY!!!)

i have gone through the entire game of Pokemon Red. i have beaten every foe, caught every pokemon, except Articuno, whom i accidentally knocked out instead of capturing. i even caught Mewtwo. what else is there to do? i've gone to every city, town, island...everything! i beat the elite 4 and Gary! is that it? is the game over just like that? what else is there?

I don't really think there is much else todo.
