How hard is it to become an F1 driver and what are some good steps to become one?

I believe your attitude is what will determine how hard or easy it can be despite the fact that it is tough. First, start with karting and then racing school and sign in with a team to increase your exposure. Start a fundraising since it requires money and then sign with a Formula Ford or an equivalent series team. Thanks a ton, but one more question, is there ever an age where it's too late to start trying? I'm 16 right now.
