What does: moi je t'aime mean?

It is more often said "Je T'aime". Je means "I". " t' " is a contraction for "you", and aime literally means like, but in this phrase is generally accepted as love. Moi means "me", so a good translation of your phrase would include a comma: "Me, I love you "
