Are saltine crackers a bad food to snack on after an hour workout?
I worked out for an hour than I ate like 6 saltine crackers. is this bad?
It's not bad, but it's not healthy either. They have a lot of carbs that you were just working off. Try eating a fruit after a workout, even a banana before workouts if you like them, they are good energy source.
No because you lost sodium working out so it is good to replace that just make sure you drink lots of water and get carbs and protein too.
Lean meats and fresh fruit and vegetable would be a better choice. Like a nice shishkabob!
