Well, this gurl recommended me this drink that makes you lose weight fast. Pretend like your making lemonade but don't add sugar then you'll need to add cayenne pepper into the lemonade and add maple syrup and stir it up. Then, drink this twice a day and you'll lose weight in a week!
Walking is great exercise. But, try to push yourself. Plus diet. Lots of frozen dinners help with portion control. They usually have the calories clearly marked. Try to go for the lower calorie count. Plus Water
Salmon, low fat cream cheese/sour cream on sourdough baguette with capers. this is good cos salmon is really good for your brain and has a special fat in it that burns stops bad fats from getting into your body and you putting on weight. Why this recipe cos it is also yummy!!!!!!!!!
My mom's home recipe: Oats with egg. You beat an egg into a few spoonful of oats and mix them. You may add some sugar/salt if you mind the plain taste. Heat up the pan and add just some vegetable oil, fry the thing like a pancake. Flip the 'pancake' to cook both sides. You may add butter/honey or eat it on its own. Serve while hot. Oats is really good in slimming down, but most people dislike the taste. You can also try it with minced meat.

If you're constantly doing something fun that includes a lot of movement, you'll find yourself having a hard time GAINING weight. Try going faster upstairs (safely), walking faster, thinking faster (Thinking hard for an hour is equivalent to working for an hour). Just general consistent fast movements throughout the day will eventually help you lose weight gradually in the course of just 2 - 3 months. Keep in mind that if you want to lose weight in particular locations of the body, then movement of that general area is a must. Have a 20 minute workout daily instead of 20 minutes on FaceBook and you'll get the results you're looking for FAST!
Drinking teas, coffee, cutting back on water and (believe it or not) listening to hyped up music.
