How do you make panda design on nails?

Step 1- Paint a large black Semi circle starting at the tip of your nail
Step 2- Make 2 black circles at top of the semi circle for ears
Step 3- Make 2 black circles in the middle as eyes
Step 4- Make 2 small white dots in the eyes
Step 5- Make a small black dot below the eyes for a nose

draw a picture out and then you can picture to see how u want it to be on your nail. that way u will already know.

First begin by applying a base coat to protect your nails, and then apply a big circle on the top half of your nails using the white nail polish. Create two ears with the black nail polish using a dotting tool, insert the eyes at the inferior half of the big white circle with the black nail polish.
