since the changes in voting procedure do you find yourself voting less or more...helpful or fun?

I vote helpful for serious answers, fun for answers that are obviously meant to be jokes, or both if they are both helpful and funny. So far I seem to be giving out more gold stars.

Honestly, I vote helpful no matter what for the people I really like, and fun for people I don't really talk to a lot, unless their answers are really good, then i vote helpful :)

The problem is that the answer can be both, can we vote for both? What if you vote fun and they get POed. Remember how it used to be here, thumbs up or down--people were crying the blues, nobody loves me. The whole site became a crying site, so they bagged the thumbs down, before anyone offed themselves.Please don't vote funny, follow me and I'll follow you.........Am I cute, or pretty?

Well. I'm still using the app on my phone so nothing has changed for me yet. Green thumbs still get banged on for me.

I wonder how the green thumbs you hand out get assigned? Probably as "Helpful" to give the recipient the benefit of the doubt. On my profile page all my previous green thumbs are credited as gold stars. It's starting to sound like a bowl of Lucky Charms. "I voted you two green thumbs, three gold stars, a smiley, and two purple horseshoes."
