What kind of jewelry should I wear with my Homecoming dress?

My Homecoming is coming up and I don't know what to wear as jewelry! It's strapless and short. The top is a cream color with a strap of black lace across it. The bottom is black faux feathers. I plan on wearing my hair in a side pony tail with my hair curled, and a black flower hair pin to put by the ponytail. Help!!
1.) What to wear as jewelry (long earrings or short, big necklace or small)
2.) What color of jewelry, gold or silver?

ps: I'm a blond, an average tan, caucasian, green eyes.

candy necklace candy necklace!!! go original!! haha or silver small necklace and long silver earings. that be pretty
