How do I get this girl to like me?

I like her but she dosen't like me, we mess around and stuff sometimes I get in her nerves

Be outgoing and listen to her, don't try to fix her. Give her small compliments and if you want her to know that you like her try to make sure she catches you looking at her or touch her back when she passes down the hall
