i act normal till im alone then i take my anger or sadness out on something. put on a smile and suck it up. if you can't then you can't. theirs nothing wrong with being weak at times. we all have weak point in our life. we just choose how to handle it
well.. as important as it is for you to be strong for others.. you have to remember that those people will be strong for you too.. dont feel like you have to carry the weight of everyone around on your shoulders.. it takes a strong person to carry everyones load.. but it takes a stronger person to allow others to help carry yours.. be willing to allow those people to be there for you too..
