What do I do!!!?

My computer when I push the on button it goes to a black screen with a white bar in the top left hand corner what do I do to fix it?

You'r hardrive is broken.. Its ether that u never turn off your computer or you play too much on it. Btw it could also be a virus so uu should prob go to a mechanic. Finally it could cost you roughly $200-300 cuz you gotta get yourself a brand new hardrive

Take out any CD, DVD or floppy drive. If it still won't work, you will need a CD-ROM with type of windows you are using. Re-start your computer by pressing F8 to go to safe mode and create a boot disk. If you don't know how to, you should take it to a technician. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314503 has more information.
