Hey i know the feeling and honeslty and this is honest 70% is ur gym and 30% ur food ... If u work out more ur metabolism will be higher ... And ur fat will burn faster so even if y have school go to the gym i balances the two so can u (: and when i started working out u felt that i changed my hunger went down and i ate ALOT lol but my metabolism went faster so i kept losin the weight (: u can do it lol
No. It will at first, but then once you eat, your body will store the food because it thinks it is still being starved and will need it for later. It will just add more fat. I would suggest lower-calorie foods.
you will get a little bit fatter at first becusae your body sores the fat you eat, but after that it burns that off and you lose weight. it wont last perminatly and approximately 1-2 pounds a day after 2 or 3 days. but this is very dangerous, and it has killed many people. the best way to lose weight is to work out at least 10 min a day and cut 300 calories a day!!! ;)
Maybe your friends are TOO skinny....ever thought about that?? : ) proper diet & plenty of exercise are the best way to go. As long as you're not overweight for your height & age, don't worry about it! And besides, some people are just genetically bigger than others! Be yourself, rather than comparing yourself to your friends! 8)
No i've heard stories of girls dying because they had that mindset. All you have to do is make the right food choices, exercise, blabbidy bla bla, you know but dont go to the extremes, because that's a long and painful road.
of course it will make you skinny and of course it will help you stay that way. but.... it will screw up your metabolism so that when you do start eating normally the weight will pile on. there's a really big difference being skinny and being trim with a little muscle definition < you won't have that when your body is in starvation mode.

Definitely not, it could lead to malnutrition, anorexia, osteoporosis, anemia, and other multiple diseases and disorders. You could go on a diet,vegetarian diet, or excercise. Never starve yourself. Hope this helped NEON ORANGE AND GREEN :D
Why'd you change your question? Back to the starving yourself question. Don't choose Anorexia or actually Bulimia as a way out. The only way out you would have is death and you don't want that to happen. The best way is to eat a healthy diet. Don't starve yourself though.

If you want to loose weight,stray away from pop,chips,candy,watch carb,starch intake and the biggest thing is to exercise ! Good luck! And don't forget your friends don't care if your big , but will help you if you ask!
