Is it healthy to be 5'10 and 180 pounds?

(teenage girl)

180 pounds is too much for a teenage girl that is 5'10. You're weight is putting you at risk of diabetes, heart disease, and more. You need to exercise and eat a healthy diet. Don't do anything that will harm your body though. That's the worst thing that can also happen.

JustMo63- I'm terribly sorry for that :( Since you do have big and tough bones, that can cause your weight to double. No, I'm not saying you're fat, but those bones are making you appear big and fit. Since you ear very healthy, you have nothing to really worry about. Don't just go doing something that you're going to regret.

I am the same measurements, but I have a very large, typical northern European build. But do you want to know if you're fat?

You are fine just the way you are. Don't worry so much about your weight. As long as you feel good, your fine
