Does anyone know where I can get information on a knife I have? It say's DEEP-SEA (trademark). It's stainless steel and made in Japan.

You can get information on a knife that you have by going to the store where you bought it. The seller will be at the best position to tell you who the supplier and the probable maker of the knife so that you can search for its history.
