The best type of exercises to burn out fat are the cardio exercises. You could try working the elliptical trainer for about 15 minutes and then move to the stationary bike for another 15 minutes. These exercises are effective if they are done consistently. Other exercises include bicycling, step aerobics, jumping rope and sprinting.
well, do you know how when you do crunches you only go half-way up? honestly, i do a crunch for about five minutes solid. and by i do one, i only do one. then when the five minutes are done i lie back on the ground because you're stomach is pulling your muscles. i'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but i do this a few times a day (a few hours before i go to bed), then eat a light supper, then go to bed. normally the next morning i feel a little skinnier, and yes before you're used to this exercise your stomach is going to hurt a little bit. P.S. If you are doing the crunch and along the way you start to shake, if you can handle it you are safe. but if the shaking really hurts, just lie back down a relax! So: 1 Crunch continuously for five minutes = somebody skinnier!! ^_^ wow, that's long... :/
