Why do I feel full but constantly have little snacks?

Ok so I am a 18 year old male. I am 5'8" and weigh like 115-120 pounds. People tell me I'm pretty skinny and need to gain weight. I am pretty fit, when I don't work or have school I'll usually go for a good jog or bike. I'd say I probably run about 5 miles about 4 days a week and bike about 20 miles 1 or 2 days a week. I am training for a sprint triathlon in 2 weeks and I feel good about my endurance. Anyway I usually don't eat big meals, instead I eat all day but they're snacks, like a fruit bar or a pb& j or fruit. But I feel like I'm fat, is it because I eat little snacks or what?? I feel very fit, but I have no upper body strength cause I run/ bike and I only have faint abs. anybody have any ideas on why I feel this way?

you are just 18...and underweight also...so little snacks with small interval cannot create problem for you. may be your metabolism is so fast..... so no need to worry about this thing.... !!!

your body feels full for exactly the reason:you eat little snacks through the day-which some doctors suggest is actually healthier.sometimes when we eat the suggested 3 meals a day(or 2)
you wind up eating more than you think, plus with you being active-your body is constantly burning the calories

your eating is fine, if your concerned about your upper body strength, then you need to add in weight training, even if you don't want to increase muscle mass, why you wouldn't I don't know, but anyway weight lifting is a great way to increase you strength. you will build muscle, with it , but how much will be effected by how much and how intense you lift

try adding alot of protein. 1.5 g protein per pound of your bodyweight during weight training will add muscle mass.
