Ok i want the truth and only the truth please no lie i beg you i need the answer please read info

every night i do 90 or 70 push ups and 120 seconds of planking and jumping jacks and i strentch until i start to sweat and i do crunches and sit-ups but thats every night after the night in day i got to school and i play basket ball and i sweat alot and some times i go out and play football and run also and i play football on a football team i sweat alot and work hard i don't eat any junk for or fast foods im watching what i eat and also everyday after basketball or playing football with my friends i run around the track all the time so i do all these things but i see nothing happening to my body plus i do weight lifting and i see nothing happening to my body i try my best to get muscluar and im starting to give up why aren't i getting muscluar :( im about to start crying and going through a depression

Your not letting your body rest at all, if you want to see maximum results then Do as much pushups sit ups etc. for 40 minuets and then rest a night if you do this every day intensely then your actually ripping muscle and your not letting it build. So every other night work out.

Maybe your body is getting used to going through the same thing daily. Maybe try some different work outs.

shut up thats not helping my depression i want an actually answer that will help me i've been doing diffrent work outs all this summer but never saw anything

Sure you can work out but when that's all your doing, I myself would get depressed. You need to live a little eat some junk once an a while not all the time but sometimes. Hang out with friends sit your but on the couch and watch a movie. You just need a balance in your live.
