I have an iPhone4, not 4s, 8GB should I update it to iOS6? I had to delete a lot of stuff!! what does iOS mean? please advise!!!

... why didn't you back it up? And iOS is the operating system of Apple. Edited: Also, it's perfectly fine for me. No bugs so far!

I'm fairly new to this technology! Everything I've learned, I learned on my own, I have no idea how to back it up! Is that with iCloud?

I forgot how to back up. It's fine, I'm sort of new with iPhones too. Not sure what iCloud does.

That sucks! I guess it wasn't iCloud then. Was it worth doing the update? I didn't know anything about it till I saw a bunch of ppl asking about it on here! Thanks!

Sorry for late responce, I was restoring my brother's iPhone. He had trouble and screwed up his phone. All his apps and contacts and whatnot are restored. So, if you have that issue too just ask me :) Anyways, it's worth it in my option. You get new apps and they did new things on the new iOS. You get a no disturb mode (no notifications) and more.

Also, you need an iCloud in order to get your data restored on iTunes!
