What to do when you are an only child with not that much family and has NOTHING to do all day ?

try to make some good friends , find some books ,novels, magazines ,story ,funny,technical,and educational books .book is the only friend that can helps make you happy ,smart and confident .

go out and make friends that become like family or do whatever makes you happy you have plenty of time for it if you have nothing to do all day what interests you? have a job? that takes up a lot of time lol.

Since we don't reallhy know your situation.....its really difficult to advise you. I suggest you talk to an adult about it, like a teacher or school counselor. They may be able to direct you to an after school program available in your area, there are "Big Brothers and Sisters" programs where someone kinda "adopts" you as a sister and does things with you.....and maybe there is a church near you that you can walk to and get into some activities. I sure hope you get help.

Well then, I would think of what my interests are and go in that direction. Like to read......join the library and check out books, like music......see if you can get a guitar or other instrument and get a beginner book and try to teach yourself (that's what I did) like animals.....get a pet...or volunteer at a pet shelter. Anyway, you get the picture...

Look around, you have a family. It's just not what is claimed to be a family. Your parents friends are your aunts and uncles. Basically anyone you know and supports you are family.

Make friends, play video games, arts and crafts, ask your parents for a sibling, get a pet, start a band, shoot hobos with nerf guns from your roof, sell cookies to old people, take a nap.

Volunteer for groups, shelters. Are you old enough to babysit? Join community youth group, go to church. I know it can be hard to make new friends but you need to get out and being involved in a setting where there's an agenda, structure, goals, basically a direction, you'll meet people of all ages. It's as much as you want to put into it as you will get out of it. Just staying at home waiting for them to come to you will not happen. Good luck!

Take up a hobby! Sew, cook(watch the food network) paint, draw, it's a great way to pass the time. When I'm bored I always have some project to make.
