Trying to establish a night routine for my 4 week newborn. Do I feed then bathe or bathe then feed? We want him to sleep as long as possible

Agreed.... bottle than bath and to bed around 7. But even if you have to wake him, give him his LAST bottle as late as possible right before you go to bed and he will let you sleep longer. I was SUPER lucky both of mine slept through the night at about 6 weeks. 10pm last bottle than they would sleep until about 5am. Lucky me!!!! Congrats on your beautiful boy!!!

Always feed first, give quiet time afterward5. To 10 mins than warn bubble bath with low lighting and quiet atmosphere . Hope this helps you. Always worked for me

I'd bath then feed,you don't want a
Baby with a full tummy, and then
messing with getting
The baby undressed, sticking in the tub, in other words once the baby has
Been fed you want to keep him as quiet as possible, just do a final diaper
Check. Before you put him down to sleep, nothing worse than a wet diaper for 4 or 5 hours.
