Woah woah woah, I doubt you need to get skinnier! You're two inches taller than me. I'm 120 and it's a wonderful weight. If I were any skinnier it wouldn't look, or be healthier. If I were you, I'd work on toning. Not losing weight, but getting tone and building a little more muscle! There are a BUNCH of great videos on youtube if you just type in "toning exercises for women". Then pick out what routines you like most. But if you REALLY think you should lose weight, I'd go to this site: http://www.bodyrock.tv/ That's what I used when I lost 30lbs, and I lost in about 2 months. If the way they dress isn't your thing, there's a ton of videos on youtube just like them, but with different people! :) haha I hope this helps you out. But really, I'm sure you're beautiful the way you are!
eat healthy lots of exercise and maybe some sports im 5'5 115 pounds very skinny and i do lots of sports run at least 3 times a week and it helps working out when your flexible so stretch once a day it should help
I think you mean you want to tone your muscles. I would try yoga or ballet and don't cut back your intake too much. I would just eat better stuff, lean meat, good fats and occasionally splurge on something you love like cake. Don't starve yourself, you're looking for long term benefit not short term yo-yo dieting which will kill your metabolism

If you like sports, then practice for about 2 hours as day, and before that do conditioning. I do that everyday in basketball and volleyball season. When it is not basketball and volleyball season, then I go out running and go as fast as I can for as long as I can. You can also try hiking.
