Do hot dogs cause cancer?

If so, what percentage is it possible?

They are high in nitrates which are known to cause cancer( colon).
I'm not sure of percentage but any processed meat/ foods are very unhealthy.

I hate hot dogs, though according to health reports on television: everything in the world causes cancer. O_o I heard on health report that said coughing causes cancer.

No one truly knows the causes to cancer, I'm sure it can be a variety of things. Hot dogs aren't healthy and very processed, but I doubt they cause cancer.

Everything causes cancer. Worrying about cancer probably causes cancer.
Hot dogs are delicious. Eat up and enjoy life for however long you've got it.
