What do i do if my Bissell pro heat carpet cleaner doesn't dispense water?

In most cases, the machine won't dispense any water if the heater is clogged. The filter may also be clogged or the tanks may be seated improperly. Have a qualified technician take a look at it for proper diagnosis or call Bissel customer service using the contacts on canada.bissell.com/Customer_Support.aspx.

I had that happen twice and had to take it in to have it fixed. Cost me about $50. After the third time I bought a Hoover like the repair shop guy told me to. Haven't had a problem in 3 yrs.
