7 months pregnant and ive been having weird pains .

Okay so im seven months pregnant and ive been having pains like down their and around my back. Ive had these since i was 2 months bout now they are getn really intense, they just come and go . Can someone explain waht those are ? Ive been to the doc last week and the baby is fine so far.

These are called Braxton Hicks contractions. Your body is stretching and preparing for birth. Uncomfortable but brief and harmless/natural. As always, run this by your doctor! Congratulations!
