First of all to lose weight on your body, you must lose weight in your head !!! Find motivation, set your goals and start, and keep going... don't give up! Before 1 year I was something like you, and started with eating less and workout a lot. So get list of calories (for every food) and start counting. Every month eat -500 calories until you reach 1500-2000 per day (do not eat 1500-2000 from first month because that's huge stress for your body, you need to lose weight healthy) and workout a lot (in your possibilities) When you reach your perfect weight (I guess about 150-160 lbs), get back to normal meals... and that will be about 2500 calories per day for man 2000 calories per day for woman that's it :) Or if you are too lazy better try this http://tr.im/4cdff , insted of some Skinny D :) that one helped my friend to lose some pounds good luck
Listen - those diets NEVER EVER work. Even Weight Watchers doesn't work as well as everybody says it does. If you want to lose weight, don't just keep eating the same food and put something on it so that it is a "diet", actually eat healthy food and excercise and that will help you lose weight EVEN FASTER than some stupid "diet".
The Skinny D diet works, but you have to be so patient for any results. You will have to stick to low calorie intakes for weight loss which is challenging as well. However, if you find other ways to lose weight you can always try them.
