Very runny nose and throat feels very warm, what do I have?

You are certainly in the early stages of some childhood disease - hopefully nothing more sinister than a common cold. But mumps, measles, chickenpox, influenza, croup or mononucleosis all beckon - you have a wonderful selection to make: just take your pick. If you were my patient I would be giving you drops of Homeopathic Aconite 30C every half hour and you would be fine by morning. But you will have to find a Homeopath in your area for that - I am on the other side of the world and I don't do house calls.
