Different fruits have different nutrients in them, and to obtain them all, you need to eat a variety of different fruits. You will not be as healthy as possible if you don't get all the nutrients your body needs.
Berries, kiwis, and apricots are all loaded with antioxidants (vitamins A, C, and E). Cherries, apples, and red grapes have iron and flavonoids, which are known cancer fighters. Bananas have potassium, which is particularly important because it helps prevent leg and foot cramps.
