Yes. It helps retain water in your muscles. Make sure you drink lots of water when you take creatine. For the first week take 1 scoop before and 1 scoop after each workout. After that 1 week just take it 1 time before a workout and eat some kind of protein after your workout like tuna.
How are you working out? If you are doing aerobics, expect to have long, lean muscles like long distance runners. If you lift weights, you will develop large muscles, like a sprinter. If you are truly interested, I will tell you how to set up your routine, but it takes me a long time to write it, so please be serious if you ask me to do that.
