How long does a 14 year old need to sleep a night?

I do ballet and track and field so I don't get home until around 6 or 7 and I do homework and study until around 12 but I have to wake up at 3 again because my hair takes forever to dry and I have to finnish homework and clean my binders and backpack....I already have lines under my eyes since I was 8 and they don't ever go away....my under eyes are now starting to get purple and is 3 hours of sleep enough?

3hrs might stunt growth if you continue it for awhile, 8 is usually a good number, but id say closer to 10 would be better for the age

Hmm.....
I'm 14 and I would say I sleep around 7 hours.
That is, unless either Slenderman or Kululu is here...
