What is the least weird way to open up about being bi. to friends that ive known for about 3 years keep in mind in a junior im highschool ?

well I would just come out and say it so that way you can just tell them and get it over with.
if they dont believe you or you get in a fight then they must not really be you friends at least thats how I see it ppl should understand but is not then they are just jerks.

Its gonna be hard but if they are your true friends you will have no problem, some may question just because they are in shock but then again if you all are pretty close...I say they already have an idea you are bi. Doctor Seuss said it best: "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
