Think of something fun, like a good vacation, safe family member, friend. Also, turn your fan up if you think you may hear something, don't have sugar before you go to sleep, and just try and think about something funny or fun or just keep your mind blank.
If you have any troubles, think about how other sleep and how they feel about it. It helps me to not be afraid to think about reality. Not sure why, but it just does.
