How do I get myself to stop thinking there's a ghost in my room?
i slept in my room for a while but all of a sudden i had the feeling that someone was watching me so i opened my eyes and i saw something that disappeared quickly. i thought that it was just my imagination but then it happened more often and i actually felt something grab my arm and let go and i heard someone calling my name. my dad slept in my room and said that there was nothing. im still a little freaked out to sleep in my room because that happened for over a week.
