Is 150 pounds a good weight for a 5'7 tall 13 year old girl?

people (even my parents) have said I'm over weight before, but compared to other people at my school I seem somewhat tiny.

Considering that in some states, fully 2/3 of the population is overweight or obese, being smaller than others doesn't mean your weight is where it should be.
I used an on-line BMI calculator and input the data you provided. You're in the 88th percentile and "at risk of becoming overweight." It said that you'd be healthier to be at 143 pounds.
So, this isn't a lot over ideal, but it is a little and if you're not careful, you could find yourself at a really unhealthy weight pretty easily.

my sister's are that height and around that weight and no where look fat at all, it depends on your body type, it is muscle? or fat? muscle weighs more than fat. If its fat, then it won't hurt to lose a few and if it's muscle good for you, you aren't all skin and bones.

well as long as u r eating healthy and exersize daily, you should be fine.

150 is at the high end of the BMI spectrum for your height. You are still a normal weight, but you shouldn't worry so much about statistics anyway. If you're healthy and feel good about yourself, then you're at the perfect weight.

Depends on ur muscle weight -- if like me u have huge muscles then its ok even if u dont it all depends how u carry ur body and how do u style urself so i wouldnt worry tho .

Except the problem with a "little chubby" now too often turns into obesity later on. Getting and staying healthy now will yield benefits for years to come.
