Why would I have a sore spot on top of my head that I can see no reason for it ,I never bumped it?.

sore spot that just is there for no apparent reason.

Don't want to scare you but I had that happen to a friend. After three days he got it checked out and it was a nasty spider bite that needed serious attention.

you might have a blind pimple, i get them sometimes too.

what kind of bump is it? sometimes people can get pimples or sores on their head from scratching or by having people touch you head/hair to often. bacteria can spread extremely quick. perhaps you previously bumped your head and left a small open wound? and a couple of days later you touched it , then the bacteria would build up and cause pain for a week or so. it should go away fairly quick. if not. contact a doctor.
